This Cookie Policy explains how VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, trading as Esnaf Max (Incorporation No. 80005054) uses cookies and similar technologies on esnafmax.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1.What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser when you visit a site. They are used to keep a session, remember preferences, support security and (where used) measure usage.

Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) may be used for the same purposes; in this policy “cookies” includes those technologies.

2.Types of Cookies We Use

The Site may use the following categories:

  1. (a) Essential cookies: required for session, security, language (English/Turkish) and currency preference, and for forms to work; the Site cannot function properly without them.
  2. (b) Functional cookies: keep interface choices consistent across visits.
  3. (c) Performance / analytics cookies: help us understand page views and error rates. Where used, they are processed in aggregated or de-identified form where practicable.

3.Third-Party Cookies

Our payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and secure checkout. Stripe’s use of cookies is governed by its own policy.

Our hosting or security infrastructure may also set technical cookies. We do not control third-party cookies.

4.Retention

Session cookies may be deleted when you close the browser. Preference cookies (language, currency) are kept for a reasonable period, typically up to 12 months. Exact duration depends on your browser and the cookie type.

5.Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies, or set rules per site, in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in, language, currency or payment steps may fail.

Most browsers explain cookie controls in their help menu. On mobile devices, app or operating-system settings also apply.

6.Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
